Please be advised that Sonoma MedLink will not be responsible for any software that is installed on your computer after our installation!

If for some unforeseeable reason, your computer locks up or in someway starts misbehaving after you've downloaded new software, please E-Mail us with information about the software and we will attempt to isolate your problem. If we determine that the cause can not be fixed by Sonoma MedLink personal via E.mail or over the phone then you will be charged a $50 fee, if you ask us to come to your site to fix the problem.

The software download links that we have provided have been tested by us and should not cause any problems associated with the Sonoma MedLink connectivity.
